Abstract (en)

The invention relates to an electric apparatus having a magnetic core surrounded by a winding, which are embedded in a plastic moulded material (1) enriched with inorganic fillers. The winding has terminal fittings (4) which are supported by the plastic moulded material (1). The core and the winding are intended to be embedded directly and without cracks in the plastic moulded material (1). A method of making this electrical apparatus is intended to be specified. The gap-free embedding of the core and of the winding is achieved by the plastic moulded material (1) being designed such that it has a coefficient of expansion whose value lies between the coefficient of expansion of the winding and the coefficient of expansion of the core. <IMAGE>

Abstract (de)

Die Erfindung geht aus von einem elektrischen Apparat mit einem von einer Wicklung umgebenen magnetischen Kern, welche in einen mit anorganischen Füllstoffen angereicherten Kunststofformstoff (1) eingebettet sind. Die Wicklung weist Anschlussarmaturen (4) auf, welche von dem Kunststofformstoff (1) getragen werden. Der Kern und die Wicklung sollen unmittelbar und rissfrei in den Kunststofformstoff (1) eingebettet sein. Ein Verfahren zur Herstellung dieses elektrischen Apparates soll angegeben werden. Das spaltfreie Einbetten des Kernes und der Wicklung wird dadurch erreicht, dass der Kunststofformstoff (1) so gestaltet wird, dass er einen Ausdehnungskoeffizienten aufweist, dessen Wert zwischen dem des Ausdehnungskoeffizienten der Wicklung und dem des Ausdehnungskoeffizienten des Kernes liegt.
