Abstract (en)
The sanding machine has a sanding belt (10) which preferably rotates endlessly around roller arrangements (2, 3, 4, 5, 6) and is profiled in accordance with the shape of the work piece to be sanded by means of a profiled sanding shoe (7) bearing against the rear side of the sanding belt. Roller arrangements are provided at least on either side of the sanding shoe (7) in order to guide and deflect the sanding belt (10). The roller arrangements have, for example, in each case three rollers (11, 12, 13) lying next to one another transversely to the running direction of the sanding belt (10). The sanding belt (10) bears on the rollers (11, 12, 13) over a large part of its width. In this arrangement, the rotational axes (11a, 12a, 13a) of the rollers (11, 12, 13) are inclined relative to one another, as a result of which the bearing sanding belt (10) undergoes a continual change in profile when in full contact in the running direction of the belt and at the same time is slightly stretched transversely to the running direction of the belt. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Schleifmaschine, insbesondere Profilschleifmaschine, mit einem vorzugsweise endlos um Rollenanordnungen (2, 3, 4, 5, 6) umlaufenden Schleifband (10), welches mittels eines an der Schleifbandrückseite anliegenden, profilierten Schleifschuhs (7) entsprechend der Form des zu schleifenden Werkstückes profiliert wird. Zur Führung und Umlenkung des Schleifbandes (10) sind zumindest beiderseits des Schleifschuhs (7) Rollenanordnung vorgesehen, die beispielsweise jeweils drei quer zur Laufrichtung des Schleifbandes (10) nebeneinanderliegende Rollen (11, 12, 13) aufweisen, an denen das Schleifband (10) auf einem Großteil seiner Breite anliegt. Dabei sind die Drehachsen (11a, 12a, 13a) der Rollen (11, 12, 13) zueinander schräggestellt, wodurch das anliegende Schleifband (10) während der satten Anlage in Bandlaufrichtung eine kontinuierliche Porfiländerung erfährt und gleichzeitig quer zur Bandlaufrichtung leicht auseinandergezogen wird.
