[origin: EP0249900A2] The device serves for pumping and dispersing high viscosity compounds such as mortars for plastering. Mounted on a chassis (1) which can travel on a wheel axle (21) are a storage tank (2) and two vertical delivery cylinders (5) containing displaceable delivery pistons (7). The delivery pistons (7) are driven by a crank mechanism consisting of crankshaft (15) and a slide rod (19). The drive is provided by a gear in a gearbox (40) and a flange-connected drive motor (22) with vertical shaft. A pressure line (29) connecting the two pressure sides of the delivery cylinders (5) leads under the storage tank (2) to a hose connection (30). The apparatus is of almost symmetrical construction in relation to its vertical longitudinal centre axis. This design permits a very low, compact construction which greatly simplifies handling of the apparatus in operational use. <IMAGE>
