[origin: US4746031A] The container is of the type including two pivoting parts, such as a body 1 and a lid 2 which are joined to one another by a swivel joint and which are respectively integrally connected with a cap 3 and a pivot pin 8 constrained to interlock in order to determine a pivoting assembly held in place by an element 11 connected on top of said assembly. It is characterized in that the two pivoting parts 1 and 2 have uninterrupted contours of their outer edges 1a and 2a and in that the connected element 11 is provided with at least one internal opening 20-21 enabling the passage of arms 9 and 10 which are integrally connected with the pivot pin 8 and with the lid 2, at a substantial distance x from its outer edge 2a.

Le contenant est du type comprenant deux parties pivotantes, telles qu'un corps 1 et un couvercle 2 qui sont réunies l'une à l'autre par une articulation et qui sont solidaires respectivement d'une chape 3 et d'un axe 8 devant s'enclencher pour déterminer un ensemble pivotant maintenu en place par un élément 11 rapporté par dessus ledit ensemble.Il est caractérisé en ce que les deux parties pivotantes 1 et 2 ont des contours de leurs bords extérieurs continus et en ce que l'élément rapporté 11 est pourvu d'au moins une ouverture interne 20-21 permettant le passage de bras 9 et 10 solidaires de l'axe 8 et du couvercle 2, à une distance substantielle x de son bord extérieur.
