In the prefabrication of electrical wires (L), after being cut to length, the ends of the said wires are passed one after the other to processing stations for stripping, for the application of plug contacts (Sk), cable shoes, eyes and the like, if necessary for insulating sleeves to be pushed on to them and if necessary for tinning. In order to be able to fix the prefabricated wires (L) in the respective predetermined sequence and to be able to transport them to the wiring point, after the final processing station, the wires (L) are successively positioned between two strips (B1, B2), with the wire ends oriented to one side, whereupon the strips (B1, B2) are moved together and connected to one another. The wires (L) are inserted between the strips (B1, B2), which can be pulled off by delivery spools (Vs1, Vs2), by means of a grip (Gr), while the two strips (B1, B2) are connected with the aid of at least one pressure roller (Dr1, Dr2). Abstract (de)
Bei der Vorfertigung elektrischer Leitungen (L) werden deren Leitungsenden nach dem Ablängen nacheinander Bearbeitungsstationen für das Abisolieren, für das Anschlagen von Steckkontakten (Sk), Kabelschuhen, Ösen und dergleichen, ggf. für das Aufschieben von Isolierhülsen und ggf. für das Verzinnen zugeführt. Um die vorgefertigten Leitungen (L) in der jeweils vorgegebenen Reihenfolge fixieren und zum Verdrahtungsplatz transportieren zu können, werden die Leitungen (L) nach der letzten Bearbeitungsstation mit nach einer Seite orientierten Leitungsenden nacheinander zwischen zwei Bänder (B1, B2) gebracht, worauf die Bänder (B1, B2) zusammengeführt und miteinander verbunden werden. Das Einlegen der Leitungen (L) zwischen die von Vorratsspulen (Vs1, Vs2) abziehbaren Bänder (B1, B2) erfolgt mit einem Greifer (Gr), während das Verbinden beider Bänder (B1, B2) mit Hilfe mindestens einer Druckrolle (Dr1, Dr2) vorgenommen wird. Es entsteht ein Gurt (Gu) mit Leitungen (L), die in Form von Schlaufen (Sc) nach unten hängen.
