[origin: US4796453A] A hydraulic element including a working cylinder defining a cylinder chamber having an axis and containing hydraulic medium, a working piston movable in the cylinder chamber along the axis and having an interior end arranged to communicate with the hydraulic medium in the cylinder chamber, and an annular piston movable in the cylinder chamber, along the axis, and enclosing the working piston, the annular piston having an interior end communicating with the hydraulic medium in the cylinder chamber so that movement of one of the pistons in a first direction along the axis causes the other of the pistons to move in a second direction opposite to the first direction.

Das insbesondere für den Aufbau eines Ziehwerkzeugs bestimmte Hydraulikelement (10) nimmt innerhalb eines Arbeitszylinders (11) zwei koaxial zueinander angeordnete Kolben (14, 15) auf, die sich an einer Hydraulikmittelfüllung des Arbeitszylinders (11) abstützen und in solcher Weise gegenläufig betätigbar sind, daß bei der Einstellung des einen Kolbens (14; 15) in der einen Endlage der andere Kolben (15; 14) sich jeweils in der anderen Endlage befindet. Bei einem unter Verwendung eines derartigen Hydraulikelementes (10) aufgebauten Ziehwerkzeug (50) nimmt der koaxial zum Arbeitskolben (55, 56) angeordnete Ringkolben (57, 58) den Blechhalter (62) auf, während sich der Ziehstempel (63, 64) auf dem Arbeitskolben (55, 56) abstützt.
