Device for extracting the yarn windings (25) from axialsymmetrical elements of a textile machine, which comprises, in coordinated cooperation: - a cutting element (27), which performs the function of interrupting the continuity of the yarn (26) between the yarn windings of the reserve, and the bobbin (9) under way of formation; - an intake port (17) for suitably sucking and conveying into a slot the cut yarn end; - a rotary element (16) for seizing, extracting and opening the yarns, for the purpose of rapidly removing said reserve windings.
