[origin: EP0252464A2] The cardboard tray, which is formed from a single blank, is provided with a handle strap (10) which is already attached at its ends to the flat blank, extending transversely to the latter. The attachment is effected on blank portions which, when the tray is set up, form two opposite side walls (4a; 4b). By virtue of this arrangement, the handle strap (10) firstly lies in the interior of the tray, but it can also readily be swivelled out into a position of use. <IMAGE>
