Abstract (en)
A contactor provided for AC is DC fed, the coil 1 being in series with a transistor 5 operating as a chopper, and a resistor 7. At the measuring point 8, the current in the coil is compared with reference values. Each cycle of operation of the contactor comprises a feed period and a pause. At the end of the pause, a measurement of the current in the coil enables the position of the armature to be determined. <IMAGE>

Un contacteur prévu pour l'alternatif est alimenté en continu, la bobine 1 étant en série avec un transistor 5 fonctionnant en hacheur, et une résistance 7. Au point de mesure 8, le courant dans la bobine est comparé à des valeurs de référence. Chaque cycle de fonctionnement du contacteur comprend une période d'alimentation et une pause. A l'issue de la pause, une mesure du courant dans la bobine permet de déduire la position de l'armature.
