[origin: WO8605225A1] Modular precast construction elements of compressed vibrated reinforced concrete for building outside walls and partitions (1, 11) with cavities (5), which are connected by male and female fixed-joints (6, 7) and guide means (3a, 3b and 4a, 4b) positioning and connecting said walls and partitions (1, 11) in the vertical plane as well as male and female fixed-joints (8, 9) connecting them in the horizontal plane. Special modular elements (13, 16D, 16S) connecting a wall (11) to an inside partition and angle connections between two walls perpendicular to each other are also provided. There are also disclosed angle beading members (19), simple beading members (23) and beading members (28) provided with a pair of hollow arms (30A, 30B) having an essentially rectangular cross section and projecting from at least one of the longitudinal vertical surfaces thereof for supporting at least a beam (22), and beams (22) of modular width precast in reinforced concrete and provided with at least three longitudinal channels (31A, 31, 31B) having a cross section which is complementary to the outline of the arms (30A, 30B).

Les éléments ci-décrits destinés aux murs et cloisons (1, 11) extérieurs d'immeubles sont dotés d'évidements (5) et sont reliés par des joints fixes mâle et femelle (6, 7) et des guides (3a, 3b et 4a, 4b) positionnant et reliant lesdits murs et cloisons (1, 11) dans le plan vertical ainsi que par des joints fixes mâle et femelle (8, 9) les reliant dans le plan horizontal. Des éléments modulaires spéciaux (13, 16D, 16S) reliant un mur (11) à une cloison intérieure et des liaisons d'angle entre deux murs perpendiculaires sont également prévus. Sont également décrits des organes de congé d'angle (19), des organes de congé simple (23) et des organes de congé (28) pourvus d'une paire de croisillons creux (30A, 30B) possédant une section essentiellement rectangulaire, et faisant saillie par rapport à au moins une des surfaces verticales longitudinales desdits organes de congé (28) pour supporter au moins une poutre (22), ainsi que des poutres (22) de largeur modulaire préfabriquées en béton armé et pourvues d'au moins trois canaux longitudinaux (31A, 31, 31B) présentant une section complémentaire au profil des croisillons (30A, 30B).
