Abstract (en)
The process entails powdered sodium metasilicate being mixed with pentasodium triphosphate or zeolite NaA or a triphosphate/zeolite mixture in powder form and being compacted by rollers, the limiting pressure at which no further compaction occurs not being significantly exceeded. The compacted material is subsequently reduced to the required particle size.

Zur Herstellung körniger, rieselfähiger Reinigungsmittel wurde pulverförmiges Natriummetasilikat mit Pentanatriumtriphosphat oder Zeolith NaA oder einem Triphosphat-Zeolith-Gemisch in Pulverform vermischt und mittels Walzen kompaktiert, wobei man den Grenzdruck, bei dem keine weitere Verdichtung mehr auftritt, nicht wesentlich überschreitet. Das Kompaktat wird anschließend auf die gewünschte Korngröße zerkleinert.
