Mit einem farbfotografischen Aufzeichnungsmaterial, das sowohl einen Kuppler der Formel I als auch einen Kuppler der Formel II enthält, können durch chromogene Entwicklung stabile blaugrüne Bildfarbstoffe mit einem erwünschten Absorptionsmaximum bei ca. 700 nm erzeugt werden <IMAGE> In den Formeln bedeuten R¹ eine Ballastgruppe; X H oder eine von Wasserstoff verschiedene, bei Farbkupplung freisetzbare Gruppe; R², R³ H, F, Cl, -CN, -CF3 oder -SO2-R<4>, worin R<4> für F, Alkyl oder Alkylamino steht, wobei aber R² und R³ nicht beide gleichzeitig H oder -CN sind.
