The apparatus takes the form of an elongated float, the upper side of which is designed in shape and size for a person to lie on it. The float is at least to a great extent dimensionally stable and the part which enters the water is shaped smoothly and flow-dynamically in the manner of the hull of a boat. The lying surface is bounded at the side by an upwardly protruding edge of the float which, seen from the rear of the float, extends to just before that area of the sides of the float where the armpits of a person lying on the lying surface are located. The lying surface (13) and the inside of the edge (14) form a trough-like surface of rounded-out form and the edge (14) runs around the rear of the float. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Spiel- und Sportgerät in Form eines längsgestreckten Schwimmkörpers, dessen Oberseite hinsichtlich Form und Größe als Liegefläche für eine Person ausgebildet ist. Der Schwimmkörper ist zumindest angenähert formfest und der in das Wasser eintauchende Teil ist glattflächig und strömungsgünstig nach Art eines Bootskörpers geformt. Die Liegefläche ist an der Seite durch einen nach oben hervorstehenden Rand des Schwimmkörpers begrenzt, der, gesehen vom Heck des Schwimmkörpers aus, bis etwa kurz vor denjenigen Bereich der Schwimmkörperseiten erstreckt, in dem sich die Achselhöhlen einer auf der Liegefläche liegenden Person befinden. Die Liegefläche (13) und die Innenseite des Randes (14) bilden eine muldenförmige Fläche von abgerundeter Form und der Rand (14) verläuft um das Heck des Schwimmkörpers.
