The working unit of the machine includes a working spindle (4), mounted in the machine housing (3), an eccentric pin (5), borne axially parallel by the said working spindle, as well as a grinding wheel unit (7), rotatably mounted on the eccentric pin (5). The said grinding wheel unit can be freely displaced against the force of a return spring (16) out of an idling position, further away from the housing (3), into a load position, closer to the housing (3). On the grinding wheel unit (7) there is a first friction surface (14), which runs in a circle around it and is assigned a second friction surface (15) of a different diameter, which is on the housing, is arranged so as not to rotate and likewise runs in a circle around it. In the load position, the first friction surface (14) bears against the second friction surface (15). Abstract (de)
Die Arbeitseinheit einer motorgetriebenen Handschleifmaschine enthält eine im Maschinengehäuse (3) gelagerte Arbeitsspindel (4), einen von dieser achsparallel getragenen Exzenterzapfen (5) sowie eine am Exzenterzapfen (5) drehbar gelagerte Schleiftellereinheit (7). Diese ist entgegen der Kraft einer Rückholfeder (16) aus einer dem Gehäuse (3) entfernteren Leerlaufstellung in eine dem Gehäuse (3) nähere Laststellung frei verschiebbar. An der Schleiftellereinheit (7) ist eine kreisförmig umlaufende erste Reibfläche (14) vorhanden, der eine gehäuseseitige, drehfest angeordnete und ebenfalls kreisförmig umlaufende zweite Reibfläche (15) anderen Durchmessers zugeordnet ist. In der Leerlaufstellung liegt die erste Reibfläche (14) an der zweiten Reibfläche (15) an. In der Leerlaufstellung ist die erste Reibfläche (14) von der zweiten Reibfläche (15) frei.
