Container made of board or a similar material and produced from a single-piece flat blank, with a base panel to which side panels are hinged, the edges of pairs of these side panels that are adjacent to each other when the container is erected being joined by sealing or a similar process and at least one of the side panels and the base panel being provided with foling lines that are in the same vertical plane, the folding line of the base panel extending at right angles to a side of the base panel, wherein the base panel (2) is triangular in shape and a side panel (6, 7, 8) is hinged to each of the three sides (3, 4, 5) of the base panel, wherein the folding line (21) of the base panel (2) extends through the opposite corner (22), wherein folding lines (25, 26) are provided, which start at the two other corners (23, 24) of the base panel (2) and meet the unbroken folding line (21) in the middle (27) of the base panel, and wherein at least the inside of all the container walls (side panels 6, 7, 8 and base panel 2) is provided with a complete coating of waterproof plastic that seals to itself.
