Abstract (en)
Eight rectangles (108) in a continuous strip form the lateral surface of the cover. Each carries a flap on one side only to form the closure side of the cover. Two flaps 13, 17, of half-octagon shape, form the base. Two flaps 11, 15 carry a counter-flange 20, 22 which passes through the base and locks in an aperture 24, 26. <IMAGE>

Huit rectangles (108) en bande continue constituent la surface latérale de la coiffe. Chacun porte un rabat d'un seul côté pour constituer la face occlusale de la coiffe. Deux rabats 13, 17 en demi-octogone constituent le fond. Deux rabats 11, 15 portent une contre-face 20, 22 qui traverse le fond et vient se verrouiller dans une lumière 24, 26.
