Abstract (en)
In a switching mechanism 1 of a protective switch, it is proposed that the bell crank 8 and the tripping lever 10 form such an angle with respect to one another that the resulting force on the latch and on the tripping movement B of the impact armature 14 are both smaller when making contact with the contact parts 3 and 4 than in the fully switched-on state of the protective switch. The individual parts of the switching mechanism 1 are designed to be compatible with automata. A guide clip 12 and a guide 13 in the base part of the housing 2 ensure that the switching mechanism is not tilted, even when the housing is open. <IMAGE>

Bei einem Schaltmechanismus l eines Schutzschalters wird vorgeschlagen, dass der Kniehebel 8 und der Auslösehebel lO einen derartigen Winkel zueinander bilden, dass die resultierende Kraft auf die Verklinkung und der Auslösehub B des Schlagankers l4 beide kleiner sind beim Berühren der Kontaktteile 3 und 4 als bei dem vollständig eingeschalteten Zustand des Schutzschalters. Die Einzelteile des Schaltmechanismus l sind automatengerecht ausgebildet. Ein Führungsbügel l2 und eine Führung l3 im Bodenteil des Gehäuses 2 verhindert, dass der Schaltmechanismus auch bei offenem Gehäuse nicht verkantet.
