Abstract (en)
The method permits the preservation of goods enclosed in a container. The container is essentially formed from a cup having a cup edge surrounding the latter at the top in a vertical direction, and a cover which seals the cup in gas-tight manner. The cover upwardly limits a top space in the vertical direction, this space surrounding the goods in the region of the cup edge. Before the cup is closed in a gas-tight manner, circulating air which surrounds the goods in the region of a top space is displaced by a gas. The gas is fed to the top space from a region disposed outside of the cup. <??>The device preserves goods which are enclosed in a container. The container is essentially formed from a cup provided with a filling orifice, and a cover which seals the cup in a gas-tight manner in the region of its filling orifice. A head space is provided between the cover and the goods filled into the cup. At least one gassing device is provided which supplies the cup with gas in the region of its top space. The gassing device is arranged in the region of at least one gassing position.

Das Verfahren ermöglicht die Konservierung von in einem Behälter eingeschlossener Ware. Der Behälter ist im wesentlichen aus einem Becher mit einem diesen in lotrechter Richtung oben umgebenden Becherrand und einer den Becher gasdicht abdichtenden Abdeckung ausgebildet. Die Abdeckung begrenzt einen die Ware im Bereich des Becherrandes umgebenden Kopfraum in lotrechter Richtung nach oben. Vor einem gasdichten Verschliessen des Bechers wird eine die Ware im Bereich des Kopfraumes umgebende Umluft durch ein Gas verdrängt. Das Gas wird dem Kopfraum aus einem ausserhalb des Bechers angeordneten Bereich zugeführt. Die Vorrichtung konserviert in einem Behälter eingeschlossene Ware. Der Behälter ist im wesentlichen aus einem mit einer Einfüllöffnung versehenen Becher und einer den Becher im Bereich seiner Einfüllöffnung gasdicht abdichtenden Abdeckung ausgebildet. Zwischen der Abdekkung und der in den Becher eingefüllten Ware ist ein Kopfraum vorgesehen. Es ist mindestens eine den Becher im Bereich seines Kopfraumes mit Gas speisende Begasungsvorrichtung vorgesehen. Die Begasungsvorrichtung ist im Bereich mindestens einer Begasungsposition angeordnet.
