[origin: US4833845A] A shallow pan, preferably of tin-coated sheet steel, serves for the production of a self-supporting composite plate, wherein the pan forms the outside wrapper for a filler with high compression resistance, e.g., anhydrite. The pan contains a plurality of punches which provide anchoring with the filler material. To increase the bearing strength of the composite plate, the pan bottom is made up of four intersecting, shallow, bulged-out zones. These zones engage in the middle on a smooth, plate-like elevation and extend each in turn from deep areas along the intersecting symmetry axes of the pan toward the highest areas at each pan corner. The density of the punches in the pan bottom preferably increases from the inside toward the outside.

Zur Herstellung einer freitragenden Verbundbauplatte dient eine flache Wanne (10) aus z. B. verzinktem Stahlblech, welche die äußere Bewehrung für einen Füllwerkstoff hoher Druckfestigkeit, z. B. Anhydrit, bildet. Die Wanne (10) enthält zahlreiche, die Verankerung mit dem Füllwerkstoff herstellende Punzen (27). Zur Erhöhung der Tragfähigkeit der Verbundbauplatte ist der Wannenboden (16) mit vier kreuzförmig angeordneten, flach aufgewölbten Zonen (22) versehen. Diese Zonen (22) grenzen in der Mitte an eine flache, tellerförmige Erhebung (23) an und erstrecken sich jeweils von tiefen Bereichen entlang den kreuzförmigen Symmetrieachsen (24) der Wanne (10) gegen höchste Bereiche (25) neben jeder Wannenecke. Die Dichte der Punzen (27) im Wannenboden (16) nimmt von innen nach außen zu.
