[origin: US4944170A] The mechanism comprises a bar (8) slidably mounted in a channel (18) which can be obstructed by a sliding member (11) of an electromechanical latching unit in accordance with a preset time-schedule. The device described enables the time ban to be lifted by means of two pivotal elements (43, 52) that are normally not coupled to one another, one of them being positionable in the path of travel of the bar (8) of the mechanism so as to be actuated thereby when the mechanism is moved in an opening direction. The two pivotal elements are associated with transmission means (50, 57) which are actuated when a breakdown is detected in order to lock the two pivotal elements together. The electromechanical latching unit can then be made inoperative manually by actuating the mechanism of the locking system in an opening direction.

Le mécanisme de cette serrure comporte un barre (8) qui coulisse dans un couloir (18) qui, en fonction d'un programme horaire prédéterminé, peut être obstrué par un dispositif électromécanique de verrouillage comprenant un coulisseau (11). Le dispositif décrit permet d'annuler cette obstruction grâce à la présence de deux organes pivotant (43, 52) normalement non accouplés et dont l'un peut être placé sur le trajet de la barre (8) du mécanisme de serrure afin d'être déplacé lorsque ce dernier est actionné dans le sens de l'ouverture. Les deux organes pivotants sont associés à un dispositif d'accouplement irréversible (50, 57) qui est déclenché lorsqu'une panne est détectée pour solidariser les deux organes en rotation. Le dispositif électromécanique de verrouillage peut alors manuellement être rendu inopérant par une action dans le sens de l'ouverture sur le mécanisme de la serrure.
