Abstract (en)
In this system with fixed guide beacons of two-way alternate data transmission (DT) with suitable, correspondingly equipped vehicles (FZ), the guide beacons consist of infrared heads (IRK). For data transmission (DT), signal lines are used which are already necessary for the traffic light system (LSA). For this purpose, in the traffic switching device (VSG) and in each infrared head (IRK) transformers (UEV, UEI) are arranged, each having a first transformer winding (Wl) for transmission of the data telegrams (DT). In the signal mast (SM), a capacitor (C) and in series with it a second transformer winding (W2) of the transformer (UEI) arranged in the infrared head (IRK) are connected (Kl, K2) to two signal return lines (RLl and RL2). In the traffic switching device (VSG) one of the two signal return lines (RLI) is taken via a second transformer winding (W2) of the relevant transformer (UEV) to the frame earth (Mp). The operating voltage required for the infrared head (IRK) is obtained from the mains a.c. voltage in the traffic switching device (VSG) or in the signal mast (SM). <IMAGE>

In einem Verkehrsleit- und Informationssystem mit ortsfesten Leitbaken einer wechselseitigen Datenübertragung (DT) mit passierenden, entsprechend ausgestatteten Fahrzeugen (FZ), sind die Leitbaken von Infrarotköpfen (IRK) gebildet. Zur Datenübertragung (DT) werden Signalleitungen benützt, die bereits für die Lichtsignalanlage (LSA) benötigt sind. Dazu sind im Verkehrsschaltgerät (VSG) und in jedem Infrarotkopf (IRK) jeweils Übertrager (UEV, UEI) angeordnet mit jeweils einer ersten Übertragerwicklung (W1) für die Übertragung der Datentelegramme (DT). Im Signalmast (SM) sind an zwei Signalrückleitern (RL1 und RL2) ein Kondensator (C) und in Reihe dazu eine zweite Übertragerwicklung (W2) des im Infrarotkopf (IRK) angeordneten Übertragers (UEI) angeklemmt (K1,K2). Im Verkehrsschaltgerät (VSG) ist einer der beiden Signalrückleiter (RL1) über eine zweite Übertragerwicklung (W2) des dortigen Übertragers (UEV) an den Massepunkt (Mp) geführt. Die für den Infrarotkopf (IRK) erforderliche Betriebsspannung wird aus der Netzwechselspannung im Verkehrsschaltgerät (VSG) oder im Signalmast (SM) gewonnen.
