[origin: EP0256555A2] A dispersion strengthened powder metallurgical iron-base alloy combines good stress rupture strength and high resistance to oxidation attack at temperatures as high as 1300 DEG C and contains special amounts of chromium, aluminum, a refractory metal dispersoid and preferably titanium in addition to iron. Advantageously, the alloy is prepared by mechanical alloying.
