The gasification reactor (1) is suitable in particular for carrying out medium-temperature gasification at temperatures between 500 and 1200 DEG C. The gasifying reactor (1) is charged with wastes or waste fuels at its charging end (2). Burners for additional fuels are provided at the end (4) opposite the charging end (2). A lean gas discharge line (11) is arranged between the charging end and the combustion zone (8) alongside the burners. Near the charging end and in the region of the drying zone (10), as well as in the combustion zone (8) there is the mouth of a flue gas return line (12 and 13 respectively), whereby the level of the gasifying zone (9) to which the lean gas discharge line is connected can be influenced. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Vergasungsreaktor (1), welcher insbesondere für die Durchführung einer Mitteltemperaturvergasung bei Temperaturen zwischen 500 und 1200°C geeignet ist. Dem Vergasungsreaktor (1) werden an seinem Aufgabeende (2) Abfälle bzw. Abfallbrennstoffe zugesetzt. An dem dem Aufgabeende (2) gegenüberliegenden Ende (4) sind Brenner für Zusatzbrennstoffe vorgesehen. Zwischen dem Aufgabeende und der den Brennern benachbarten Verbrennungszone (8) ist eine Schwachgasabzugsleitung (11) angeordnet. Nahe dem Aufgabeende und im Bereich der Trocknungszone (10) mündet ebenso wie in die Verbrennungszone (8) eine Rauchgasrückführungsleitung (12 bzw. 13), wodurch die Ebene der Vergasungszone (9), an welche die Schwachgasabzugsleitung angeschlossen ist, beeinflußt werden kann.
