The invention relates to a device for advancing elongate component parts (85), in particular steel component parts, to be coated with plastic, in which each component part in longitudinal extension rests on a plurality of supports (84) which are spaced apart from one another and each comprise a rotary device and of which at least one imparts a rotary movement about the longitudinal axis (98) of the component part by frictional connection with at least one revolving drive element (86, 87) for the purpose of uniform coating on all sides. For faultless coating, in particular, the invention proposes that the supports (84) be arranged on a strand (18) which revolves in a manner of a conveyor belt and that the plane of revolution of the drive elements (86, 87) can be situated perpendicular to the longitudinal axis (98) of the component part (85). <IMAGE>

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung für den Vorschub von mit Kunststoff zu beschichtenden, länglichen Bauteilen (85), insbesondere Stahlbauteilen, bei der jedes Bauteil in Längserstreckung auf mehreren, voneinander beabstandeten, jeweils eine Dreheinrichtung aufweisenden Abstützungen (84) aufliegt, von denen mindestens eine dem Bauteil durch Friktionsschluss mit mindestens einem umlaufenden Antriebselement (86, 87) eine rotatorische Bewegung um seine Längsachse (98) zum allseitig gleichmässigen Beschichten vermittelt, und schlägt insbesondere für eine störstellenfreie Beschichtung vor, dass die Abstützungen (84) auf einem nach Art eines Förderbandes umlaufenden Trumm (18) angeordnet sind und dass die Umlaufebene des Antriebselements (86, 87) senkrecht zur Längsachse (98) des Bauteils (85) liegt.
