Abstract (en)
For reliable and rapid removal of wires from bales consisting of pulp, waste paper or the like, use is made of a wire-removing device comprising cutting means (6) and at least one clamping device (7). Before the wire (8) is cut through by means of the cutting device (6), a hook-shaped finger (11) of the clamping device (7) engages behind the wire (8), clamps it firmly on the insides of the legs (9, 10) and removes it after the bales (1) have been cut through. The clamping device (7) is at the same time swivellably arranged on a working arm of a robot (3) and can perform the wire-removal operation at two adjacent sides of the bale (1). <IMAGE>

Zum sicheren und schnellen Entdrahten von Ballen aus Zellstoff-, Altpapier- Stoffballen oder dergleichen wird eine Entdrahtungsvorrichtung angewendet, die aus Schneideinrichtungen (6) und zumindest einer Klemmvorrichtung (7) besteht. Vor dem Durchtrennen des Drahtes (8) durch die Schneidvorrichtung (6) hinterfaßt ein hakenförmiger Finger (11) der Klemmvorrichtung (7) den Draht (8), klemmt ihn auf den Innenseiten der Schenkel (9, 10) fest und entfernt ihn nach dem Durchtrennen vom Ballen (1). Die Klemmvorrichtung (7) ist dabei an einem Arbeitsarm eines Roboters (3) schwenkbar angeordnet und kann den Entdrahtungsvorgang an zwei benachbarten Seiten des Ballens (1) vornehmen.
