[origin: EP0258769A2] The device has a storage chamber and a metering chamber. A piston rod carrying a brush-shaped application element at its front end penetrates the housing of the pin, is axially movable and controls a metering piston which delivers the flowable mass into a feed bore, the application element dipping into the latter. The piston rod can be actuated from the rear end of the pin by means of the transferable closing cap.
