1. Warp system and yarn disc brake. 2.1 Conventionally, during warping, each yarn is held by means of a brake in the run-off from the creel, in order to attach it to the beam with uniform tension. On high-speed warping systems, such braking is undesirable, since the resistances on the yarn guides to the beam already give the yarn sufficient tension. 2.2 It is proposed to provide as clamping brakes for each yarn of a warping system a yarn disc brake which can be cut in or cut out counter to gravity or spring force by means of compressed gas. By the opening of a valve, all the yarn disc brakes can be opened or closed simultaneously during the start or termination of the beam rotation. 2.3 A corresponding yarn disc brake consists of a housing carrying the lower disc and containing the gas supply to a system expandable by gas pressure, and of a body which is axially moveable in the housing and is connected non-positively to the system expandable by gas pressure and which has a spindle carrying the upper disc. The intensity of the braking action on the yarn running between the upper disc and lower disc is determined, for example, by the pressure of the upper disc on the lower disc. <IMAGE>

Schäranlage und Tellerfadenbremse, 2.1 Üblicherweise wird während des Schärens jeder Faden beim Ablauf aus dem Schärgatter mittels einer Bremse gehalten, um ihn mit gleichförmigem Zug auf den Schärbaum aufzubringen. Bei schnell laufenden Schäranlagen ist eine derartige Bremsung unerwünscht, da die Widerstände an den Führungen des Fadens zum Schärbaum dem Faden bereits ausreichende Spannung erteilen. 2.2 Es wird vorgeschlagen, als Klemmbremsen für jeden Faden einer Schäranlage eine mittels Druckgas gegen Schwer- oder Federkraft ein- oder ausschaltbare Tellerfadenbremse vorzusehen. Durch Öffnen eines Ventils lassen sich beim An- oder Abfahren der Schärbaumdrehung simultan sämtliche Tellerfadenbremsen öffnen oder schließen. 2.3 Eine entsprechende Tellerfadenbremse besteht aus einem Gehäuse, das den Unterteller trägt und die Gaszuführung zu einem durch Gasdruck expandierbaren System enthält sowie einem im Gehäuse axial beweglichen Körper, der mit dem durch Gasdruck expandierbaren System kraftschlüssig verbunden ist und einen den Oberteller tragenden Dorn aufweist. Die Stärke der Bremswirkung auf den zwischen Oberteller und Unterteller laufenden Faden wird beispielsweise durch den Druck des Obertellers auf den Unterteller bestimmt.
