Abstract (en)

[origin: EP0259295A1] 1. An apparatus for conveying and handling of heavy loads, in particular precast concrete parts, by means of a hoist, consisting of a tie bolt (3) intended for being embedded into the concrete of the heavy load, which tie bolt is inserted together with a recess body (19) only temporarily present in the precast concrete part (1) and preferably consisting of elastic material, in particular rubber or elastic plastics material, and a connecting piece (6) having skids (8a) for connecting the tie bolt (3) with the hoist gripping from behind a connecting head (5) conformed with the tie bolt (3) and consisting of a cylindrical part fustro-conically tapering towards the shaft (4) of the tie bolt (3) and pivotally supported in relation to the tie bolt (3), characterized in that at least two diametrically opposed sickle-like grooves (15) extending approximately perpendicularly to the tie bolt axis (3a) and in parallel to one another are provided in the connecting head (5) of the tie bolt (3), into which grooves (15) the connecting piece (6) with its skids (8a) is hookable, the walls (15a) (groove bottoms) of the sickle-like grooves (15) positioned closer to the tie bolt axis (3a) and extending parallel to the tie bolt axis (3a) being formed plane.
