The umbrella handle has a carrying loop (4) which crosses the handle cross-section and is held by a clamping effect. To achieve a simple and durable attachment which is not restricted to particular cross-sections, it is proposed that the clamping effect is achieved by a clamping piece which is inserted with positive fit into an undercut groove of the umbrella handle (G). <IMAGE>

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Schirmgriff mit den Griffquerschnitt kreuzender, in Klemmwirkung gehaltener Tragschlaufe (4) und schlägt zur Erzielung einer einfachen, haltbaren und nicht auf bestimmte Querschnitte beschränkter Befestigung vor, daß die Klemmwirkung von einem in eine hinterschnittene Nut des Schirmgriffes (G) formpassend eingeschobenen Klemmstück erzielt ist.
