[origin: WO8705697A1] A device for dosing, i.e. metering and dispensing a liquid medium by means of which it is possible to dispense an accurately metered quantity and the dispensing can be performed quickly by means of a simple construction comprising a valve housing (4), in which a valve body (5) is rotatably mounted, said valve body having a flow passage (18) having a mouth opening (19) in the side and a mouth opening (20) in the bottom. In the valve housing (4) a port (7) is provided in the bottom, said port being intended for communication with the mouth opening (20) in the bottom of the valve body, and in the side of the valve housing at least two ports (8) are provided. These at least two ports (8) are intended for connection to a storage container (27) for the medium to be dispensed and at least one container (28) into which the medium is to be dispensed. By means (3) for shifting the valve body (5) and holding it in position the ports (8) can be brought into communication with the mouth opening (19) in the side of the valve body (5), and the port (7) in the bottom of the valve housing is in communication with means (2) for displacing the medium. The so constructed dispensing device can thus be used for a quick and accurate dispensation, because the valve body (5) has no volume displacing effect and moreover can be shifted qwickly. A plurality of the above mentioned devices can be used simultaneously for a particularly quick dispensation of a plurality of different liquid media.

Un dispositif de dosage de conception simple, permettant de mesurer et de distribuer rapidement un milieu liquide en quantité mesurée de façon précise, comprend un logement de soupape (4), dans lequel est monté de façon rotative un corps de soupape (5) pourvu d'un passage de courant (18) à deux embouchures (19, 20), l'une étant placée sur le côté et sur le fond. Un orifice (7), ménagé dans la partie inférieure du logement de soupape (4), permet la communication avec l'embouchure (20) située dans le fond du corps de soupape, au moins deux orifices (8) étant ménagés dans le côté du logement de soupape. Ces deux orifices (8) permettent la liaison avec un conteneur de stockage (27) servant à stocker le milieu à distribuer et avec au moins un conteneur (28) destiné à recevoir le milieu distribué. Les orifices (8) peuvent être mis en communication avec l'embouchure (19) ménagée dans le côté du corps de soupape (5) grâce à un organe (3), destiné à déplacer le corps de soupape (5) et à le maintenir en position, l'orifice (7) situé dans la partie inférieure du logement de soupape étant en communication avec un organe (2), destiné à déplacer le milieu. Le dispositif de distribution ainsi construit peut donc servir à une distribution rapide et précise dès lors que le corps de soupape (5) ne produit aucun effet de déplacement du volume et peut en outre être déplacé rapidement. Plusieurs dispositifs de ce type peuvent être utilisés simultanément en vue d'une distribution particulièrement rapide de plusieurs milieux liquides différents.
