The closing device for swivel lids (1), which are actuated by remote control via a linkage (2), has a control lever (11) as a constituent of the linkage (2), which lever on the one hand produces the swivel movement of the lid (1) and, on the other hand, controls the actuation of a locking hook (19). The actuation of the control lever (11) is advantageously effected via a lever triangle (8), on which the actuator (3) acts, and which transmits the actuation path of the actuator (3). After locking of the locking hook (19), the control lever (11) assumes an above dead centre position. <IMAGE>

Eine Verschlußeinrichtung für Lade- oder Entladeöffnungen in Transortkesseln, insbesodere für schienengebundene Schüttgut- und Kesselwagen, für schwenkbare Deckel (1), die über ein Gestänge (2) fernbedienbar betätigt werden, weist einen Steuerhebel (11) als Bestandteil des Gestänges (2) auf, der einerseits die Schwenkbewegung des Deckels (1) erzeugt und andererseits die Betätigung eines Verriegelungshakens (19) steuert. Die Ansteuerung des Steuerhebels (11) erfolgt vorteilhaft über ein vom Stellmittel (3) beaufschlagtes Hebeldreieck (8), das den Stellweg des Stellmittels (3) übersetzt. Der Steuerhebel (11) nimmt nach der Verriegelung des Verriegelungshaken (19) eine Übertotpunktlage ein.
