Electric motor-driven pump, in particular a washing liquid pump, with a bayonet connection between the pump housing (3) and driving motor (1) and a two-way locking catch in the joint closing position with the aid of at least one locking cam (46), snapping in a spring like manner into a locking opening (25), characterised by the following features : a) the locking opening (25) is provided in a flange (2) of the driving motor (1) ; b) the locking cam (46) is attached to a spring bar (45) preformed in one piece on the pump housing ; c) the locking cam (46) and/or the part of the flange (2) passed before the engagement is provided with a starting slope (26 or 48), d) the locking opening (25) has a radial projection, such that a lever instrument between the locking cam (46) and its support on the flange (2) is able to be inserted radially outwards in a reinforced manner and the locking cam (46) is able to be pressed back in the direction of a release of the locking connection.
