Abstract (en)
The device for microwave heating of a liquid contained in a surround which is inert to microwaves, for example blood contained in a plastic pouch (7), consists of a metal enclosure (3) forming a resonator cavity for the microwaves. The lower part (4) of the enclosure intended to receive the surround is watertight. The enclosure is provided with an access door (6) situated above the lower part (4). A grille (8) made from a material which is inert to microwaves can take up two positions inside the enclosure: a low position in which the grille (8) keeps the surround (7) below the level (12) of the water filling the lower part (4) of the enclosure, and a high position enabling the operator to grasp the surround (7). The temperature sensor (13) orders the generator to stop when the temperature close to the surround (7) reaches the setpoint value. <IMAGE>

Le dispositif de chauffage par micro-ondes de liquide contenu dans une enveloppe inerte aux micro-ondes, par exemple du sang contenu dans une poche plastique (7), consiste en une enceinte métallique (3) formant cavité résonante des micro-ondes. La partie inférieure (4) de l'enceinte destinée à recevoir l'enveloppe est étanche à l'eau. L'enceinte est munie d'une porte (6) d'accès située au dessus de la partie inférieure (4). Une grille (8) réalisée dans un matériau inerte aux micro-ondes peut prendre deux positions à l'intérieur de l'enceinte : une position basse où la grille (8) maintient l'enveloppe (7) sous le niveau (12) de l'eau remplissant la partie inférieure (4) de l'enceinte et une position haute autorisant le préhension de l'enveloppe (7) par l'opérateur. Le capteur (13) de température commande l'arrêt du générateur lorsque la température proche de l'enveloppe (7) atteint la valeur de consigne .
