[origin: US4810109A] This invention relates to a supple bag made by flat assembly of a system of films, intended to constitute, by extension, a stable recipient, and to a process for obtaining said bag. According to the invention, this bag is obtained by assembling the films along lateral and bottom contours and along a base line previously traced geometrically by developing on the films the lateral surface of the recipient which was previously determined in its form and characteristics, in order that the recipient rests, after being filled and closed, in stable manner on its support base, not presenting any point of fold along its lateral edges. The invention finds particular application in the food industry, for packing beverages.

La présente invention a pour objet une poche souple (8) réalisée par assemblage à plat d'un système de films, destinée à constituer par déploiement un récipient autostable, et son procédé d'obtention. Selon l'invention, cette poche est obtenue en assemblant les films (1, 4, 5) le long de contours latéraux et de fonds, et le long d'une ligne de base tracés préalablement et géométriquement, en développant sur les films la surface latérale du récipient que l'on a préalablement déterminé dans sa forme et ses caractéristiques, afin que le récipient repose après remplissage et fermeture de façon stable sur sa base d'appui en ne présentant aucun point de pliure le long de ses bords latéraux. L'invention trouve notamment application dans le domaine alimentaire, pour le conditionnement de boissons.
