Cet article chaussant est caractérisé en ce qu'il est constitué par une semelle d'usure (3) bombée vers l'extérieur destinée à venir en contact avec le sol et coopérant avec une semelle intercalaire (4) pour définir une poche pneumatique (6) au niveau de l'avant-pied de l'utilisateur, cette poche pneumatique (6) constituant le moyen d'aération et d'amortissement et la semelle intercalaire (4) comportant, au niveau de la poche, des perforations (7) constituant les canaux et les orifices de refoulement et dont la taille et la position sont choisies de manière à garantir un amortissement suffisant tout en assurant une aération satisfaisante du pied de l'utilisateur.
