Es wird eine Stangenführung für die Flachbandstange (18) eines Stangenverschlusses (14) beschrieben, der insbesondere für Montage im Verkantungsraum von Blechschranktüren vorgesehen ist und bei dem die Flachbandstange (14) nicht oder nur umständlich demontierbare Verriegelungsmittel, w ie Zapfen, Haken, Rollzapfen oder Doppelrollzapfen trägt. Erfindungsgemäß bildet die Stangenführung (20) einen Basiswinkel (60) aus federnd nachgiebigem Material, wie Kunststoff, dessen einer Schenkel (62) ein Befestigungsloch (64) und dessen anderer Schenkel (66) an seiner freien Kante (68) und im Winkelbereich (70) je eine vorspringende, im Profil hakenförmige Leiste (72 bzw. 74) aufweist und dadurch eine Führungsbahn (76) für die Flachbandstange (18) bildet (Fig. 1 und 6).
