Upright calendars are usually made of cardboard or injection moulded plastic. They vary greatly, specifically in their durability, appearance and manufacturing costs. The intention of the invention is to provide a durable and aesthetically attractive calendar stand which is also inexpensive to manufacture. It consists of a closed cover (12) with a top wall (13) and a rear wall (14) to receive the calendar (11). The cover (12) is manufactured in the deep-drawing process, specifically from a single blank. <IMAGE>

Standkalender werden üblicherweise aus Pappe oder gespritztem Kunststoff hergestellt. Diese unterscheiden sich voneinander erheblich, und zwar durch die Haltbarkeit, das Aussehen und die Herstellungskosten. Bei der Erfindung geht es nun um die Schaffung eines haltbaren, ästhetisch ansprechenden, aber gleichwohl preisgünstig herzustellenden Kalenderständer. Dieser besteht aus einer geschlossenen Hülle (12) mit einer Deckwand (13) und einer Rückwand (14) zur Aufnahme des Kalenders (11). Die Herstellung der Hülle (12) erfolgt im Tiefziehverfahren, und zwar aus einem einzigen Zuschnitt.
