The wood-working machine for making tongues and longitudinally profiling pieces of window wood, comprising at least one tongue-making and grooving unit and at least one unit for longitudinally profiling, the tongue-making and grooving unit being assigned a moving table for guiding the window wood past the tongue-making and grooving spindles, a transfer device being furthermore provided, with which the pieces of window wood to be worked are transferred at right angles to a longitudinal-profiling unit, and lastly a turntable for turning the window wood through 180 DEG being provided, is to be designed such that, in addition to a compact construction, it can make do with the fewest possible number of units. For this purpose, provision is made for the turntable to be arranged in the working sequence behind the longitudinal-profiling unit, and for the pieces of window wood provided with tongues and grooves on one side to be transferred in this state to the longitudinal-profiling unit, to be longitudinally profiled on one side there, and subsequently to be conveyed to the turntable, to be turned through 180 DEG in order to run through the machine a second time.

Eine Holzbearbeitungsmaschine zum Zapfenschlagen und Längsprofilieren von Fensterhölzern (27) mit wenigstens einer Zapfenschlag- und Schlitzeinheit (1) und wenigstens einer Einheit (8) zum Längsprofilieren, wobei der Zapfenschlag- und Schlitzeinheit (1) ein Rolltisch (2) zum Vorbeiführen des Fensterholzes (27) an den Zapfenschlag- und Schlitzspindeln zugeordnet ist, wobei ferner eine Übergabeeinrichtung (3) vorgesehen ist, mit welcher im rechten Winkel die zu bearbeitenden Fensterhölzer (27) einer Längsprofilier einheit (8) übergeben werden und wobei schließlich eine Drehbühne (12) zum Wenden des Fensterholzes (27) um 180° vorgesehen ist, soll so ausgebildet werden, daß sie neben kompakter Bauweise mit möglichst wenig Aggregaten auskommt. Hierzu ist erfindungsgemäß vorgesehen, daß die Drehbühne (12) im Arbeitsablauf hinter der Längsprofiliereinheit (8) angeordnet ist und daß die an einer Seite mit Zapfen und Schlitzen versehenen Fensterhölzer (27) in diesem Zustand der Längsprofiliereinheit (8) übergeben werden, dort an einer Seite längsprofiliert werden, anschließend auf die Drehbühne (12) gefördert werden, um 180° gewendet werden, um zum zweiten Mal durch die Maschine zu laufen.
