[origin: EP0261784A1] A dispenser (10) connectable to a source of high fluid pressure includes a housing (18) having therein a three-position cylindrical valve (24) which controls both a main passageway (23) and an auxiliary passageway (22). The main passageway (23) extends through the housing (18) and the cylindrical valve (24). The auxiliary passageway (22) extends from the main passageway (23), through the cylindrical valve (24), through a passageway between the housing (18) and cylindrical valve (24), to a fluid reservoir (20) on the bottom side of the housing (18). The cylindrical valve (24) is manually rotatable by a control knob (40) to an "off" position where the main passageway (23) is closed, to a "soap" position where both the primary and auxiliary passageways (23, 24) are open, dispensing fluid such as soap from the reservoir (20), and lastly, to a "rinse" position where the primary passageway (23) is open and the auxiliary passageway (22) is closed.
