Abstract (en)
The particles to be sorted are poured onto a translucent inclined plane (3) beneath which is arranged a light source and above which is placed a camera. At the bottom of the inclined plane (3) there are arranged, side by side, hammers (8) capable of tilting about a pivot (9) between a rest position and a position in which they eject the undesirable particle when the latter is detected by the camera. Each hammer (8) is fixed to a connecting rod (47), the downwards displacement of which places the hammer (9) in the ejection position. The connecting rod (47) is joined to the rod (61) of a double-action pneumatic jack (62) controlled by a distributor (43) which is pilot-controlled by a light-sensitive element of the camera. Les particules à trier sont déversées sur un plan incliné translucide (3) au-dessous duquel est disposée une source de lumière et au-dessus duquel est placée une caméra. En bas du plan inclina (3), sont disposés côte à côte des marteaux (8) pouvant basculer autour d'un axe (9) entre une position de repos et une position d'éjection de la particule indésirable lorsque celle-ci est détectée par la caméra. Sur chaque marteau (8), est fixé une biellette (47) dont le déplacement vers le bas place le marteau (8) en position d'éjection. La biellette (47) est reliée à la tige (61) d'un vérin pneumatique (62) à double effet commandé par un distributeur (43) qui est piloté par un élément opto-sensible de la caméra. Utilisable pour le tri du groisil.
