Die Erfindung betrifft einen Folienverbinder, bestehend aus einem nebeneinander angeordnete Kammern aufweisenden Kunststoffgehäuse und aus Blechstanzteilen hergestellten Kontaktelementen in den Gehäusekammern, wobei in einer Gehäuseseitenwandung ein Steckschlitz für das Einschieben einer Leiterbahnen tragenden Folie vorgesehen ist, wobei die Kontaktelemente Flächenformfedern sind.
