Abstract (en)
The solution is usable in the form of a finely sprayable and foam- free mixture having a very high wetting effect. It includes magnesium chloride and/or calcium chloride as antifreeze components and sodium silicate and/or potassium sulphate as extinguishing components. Additionally an NaOH-based buffer solution is added to set a pH of 8.

Eine Feuerlöschlösung zum Löschen von Phosphor- und Metallbränden, welche als fein sprühbare schaumfreie Mischung mit sehr hoher Netzwirkung einsetzbar ist, umfaßt als Frostschutzkomponenten Magnesiumchlorid und/oder Calciumchlorid und als Löschkomponenten Natriumsilicat und/oder Kaliumsulfat, wobei noch eine Pufferlösung auf NaOH-Basis zum Einstellen eines pH-Wertes von 8 hinzugefügt wird.
