The furniture has a resting surface for the shins and a resting surface for the buttocks, which resting surfaces are arranged in mutual mechanical connection so as to be rotatable on a floor standing frame. The furniture is to be ergonomically adaptable and provide the seated person with greater freedom of movement. Ein Sitzmöbel mit einer Schienbein-(12) und einer Gesäßanlagefläche (14), die in gegenseitiger mechanischer Verbindung drehbar auf einem Bodenauflagegestell (16) angeordnet sind, soll ergonomisch anpaßbar sein und dem Sitzenden größere Bewegungsfreiheit verschaffen. Dazu sind die Schienbeinanlagefläche 12 und die Gesäßanlagefläche 14, was ihre relative Höhe und ihren relativen Abstand anbelangt, zueinander verstellbar angeordnet.
