Abstract (en)
A process of making a carpet of good color and shade uniformity from dyed yarn is disclosed, wherein crimped yarns are assembled into a ribbon-like structure, coloured, rinsed and dried before unravelling of the ribbon-like structure; the thus dyed yarns are then fed to a carpet tufting machine.
