[origin: US4800352A] An electromagnetic switching apparatus with interchangeable switches is provided, including a base with a bottom and a cavity containing an electromagnet whose mobile armature, through a disconnectable transmission piece, actuates the mobile contact of a switch housed in an insulating case removably associated with a fixing face of the base opposite the bottom, said fixing surface including openings for the passage of said transmission piece, said base having connection terminals connected to contact pieces which cooperate with corresponding pieces connected to the switch.

L'appareil selon l'invention comprend un socle (2) présentant une base (3) et une cavité (12) renfermant un électro-aimant (13) dont l'armature mobile (17) actionne, par l'intermédiaire d'une pièce de transmission déconnectable (60), le contact mobile (51) d'un interrupteur (50) logé dans un bôitier isolant (30) associé de façon amovible à une face de fixation (5) du socle (2) opposée à la base (3). La surface de fixation (5) comprend des ouvertures (21) permettant le passage de la pièce de transmission (60). Le socle (2) présente des bornes de raccordement (6, 7) reliées à des pièces de contact (35 r, 36 r) qui coopèrent avec des pièces correspondantes (32 r, 33 r) reliées à l'interrupteur (50). Un tel appareil peut être mis en oeuvre dans tous les systèmes de distribution de courant.
