[origin: US4802790A] This invention relates to a vibrating machine for applying tiles on a bonding agglomerate disposed between a surface to be covered and said tiling, said machine constituted by a frame, by an assembly of rollers which, disposed beneath the frame, are mounted on parallel shafts, and by a vibration generating device coupled to the frame, each shaft being immobilized in the direction of rotation with respect to the frame, and bearing a plurality of rollers separated, one from the following one, by a distance, each of the rollers being in addition mounted to rotate on this shaft. According to the invention: (a) the distances separating the two rollers borne by the same shaft are equal; (b) all the rollers present a common length, the distance separating two successive identical rollers being slightly greater than said length; and (c) the rollers borne by the various shafts are disposed in quincunx. One application of the invention is the production of a machine for high-quality laying of tiles.

L'invention est relative à une machine vibrante destinée à réaliser l'application des carreaux de grés ou analogues d'un carrelage sur un agglomérat de liage disposé entre une surface à couvrir et ledit carrelage, constituée par un bâti (1) un ensemble de rouleaux (5), qui, disposés sous le bâti (1), sont montés sur des arbres (2) parallèles, qui (les rouleaux (5)) sont montés rotatifs (6) par rapport au bâti (1) et qui possèdent un plan tangent (P) commun ; et un dispositif générateur de vibrations, attelé au bâti. Chaque arbre (2) est fixé au bâti (1) en étant immobilisé (3, 13, 14) dans le sens de la rotation par rapport à ce bâti (1), chacun des rouleaux (5) porté par ledit arbre (2) étant en outre monté à rotation (6) sur cet arbre (2). Une application est la réalisation d'une machine endurante.
