In a device for conveying and dosing gaseous liquids by means of a diaphragm pump (6), gases accumulating in the system can be flushed out via a return line (8) arranged in or in the vicinity of the pump. For this, in the return line a controlled shut-off valve (9) is opened and a shut-off valve (10) located above the diaphragm pump in the conveying and dosing line (7) is closed. <IMAGE>

Bei einer Vorrichtung zum Fördern und Dosieren von gasenden Flüssigkeiten mittels einer Membranpumpe (6) können sich in dem System ansammelnde Gase über eine in bzw. in der Nähe der Pumpe angeordnete Rückführleitung (8) herausgespült werden. Hierzu wird in der Rückführleitung ein gesteuertes Absperrventil (9) geöffnet und ein oberhalb der Membranpumpe in der Förder- und Dosierleitung (7) angeordnetes Absperrventil (10) geschlossen.
