The packing tray is divided by at least one web into at least two compartments, it being possible for each of these compartments to be closed by a film or the like which is to be sealed on. The web tapers slightly towards the top and, in its upper end region, is at least approximately semicircular in cross-section, its upper wall being flattened off. This shape of the web can also be achieved by surfaces sloping at an angle of 30 to 60 DEG . In the corresponding device for deep-drawing the tray, due to this shaping of the webs and thus of the ribs of the device, a cooling channel can be mounted relatively near to the upper flattened-off wall, by which means the web is cooled quickly and effectively after forming. <IMAGE>

Schalen- oder topfförmiger Behälter, der durch wenigstens einen Steg in wenigstens zwei Abteile unterteilt ist, wobei jedes dieser Abteile durch eine aufzusiegelnde Folie od.dgl. verschlossen werden kann. Der Steg verjüngt sich nach oben geringfügig und ist in seinem oberen Endbereich im Querschnitt wenigstens annähernd halbkreisförmig, wobei seine obere Wand abgeflacht ist. Diese Form des Steges kann auch durch Schrägflächen mit einem Winkel von 30 bis 60 Grad erzielt werden. Bei der entsprechenden Vorrichtung zum Tiefziehen des Behälters kann durch diese Formgebung der Stege und damit der Rippen der Vorrichtung ein Kühlkanal verhältnismäßig nahe an der oberen abgeflachten Wand angebracht werden, wodurch der Steg nach dem Verformen schnell und wirksam abgekühlt wird.
