Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0266613A2] A discharge for a sanitary fitting (1) (Figure 10) has a shower outlet (2) and a jet outlet (3). Each of these outlets is assigned a separate valve (6, 6a) with its own directly adjacent water outlet (7, 7a). The two valves are connected to one another via a rocker lever, thereby ensuring an alternate open and closed position. The valves are actuated via mushroom-like actuating parts (9, 9a). To obtain a specific initial position at the start of use of the discharge, in one of the valves there is a return spring (25) which can easily be changed over from one valve to the other. A shower part (4) is screwed into the shower outlet (2) and a jet part (5) is screwed into the jet outlet (3), and these parts can be interchanged or be exchanged for other parts. The valves together with their outlets are arranged within the discharge head (23) in succession in the inflow direction of the water, thus ensuring a slender design. Because the water outlets and the return spring can be changed over, the discharge can be used in the kitchen region and also in the bath region, here too individual adaptations also being possible. <IMAGE>
