[origin: WO8700570A1] A building element consisting of two continuous outer elements (2, 3) extending at a certain distance from one another and along the longitudinal edges of the element and a number of supporting elements (5) affixed at a certain distance from one another. The supporting elements connect the outer elements securely to one another and extend between the outer elements in the transverse direction of the latter. The supporting elements (5) are affixed to the outside of the outer elements (2, 3) on at least one of their surfaces (4). They are executed with a bottom part (6), which is so arranged as to be attached to the two outer elements between which the supporting element extends, and with flanges (8) extending out from the bottom part, which flanges extend essentially in said transverse direction in relation to the outer elements and at least one supporting part (7) arranged transversely to the flanges. The supporting element (5) is thus capable, in addition to holding together the outer elements, of constituting shoes so aranged as to engage around and support the end of a second building element on a building frame, such as an upright (20), or in particular a secondary beam aranged transversely to the building element, whilst the building element constitutes the primary beam in the building frame.

Un élément de construction comporte deux éléments extérieurs continus (2, 3) s'étendant à une certaine distance l'un de l'autre et le long des bords longitudinaux de l'élément, ainsi qu'un certain nombre d'éléments de soutien (5) fixés à une certaine distance les uns des autres. Ces éléments de soutien relient les éléments extérieurs solidement l'un à l'autre et s'étendent entre et dans le sens transversal de ces derniers. Les éléments de soutien (5) sont fixés à l'extérieur des éléments extérieurs (2, 3) sur au moins une de leurs surfaces (4). Ils sont éxécutés avec une partie inférieure (6) qui se fixe aux deux éléments extérieurs entre lesquels l'élément de soutien s'étend, et avec des rebords (8) en saillie par rapport à la partie inférieure, lesquels rebords s'étendent essentiellement dans le sens transversal par rapport aux éléments extérieurs, et enfin avec au moins une partie support (7) agencée transversalement par rapport aux rebords. Outre qu'il maintient ensemble les éléments extérieurs, l'élément de soutien (5) permet ainsi de constituer des semelles conçues pour soutenir et s'engager autour de l'extrémité d'un second élément de construction sur une charpente, tel qu'un montant (20), ou en particulier un profilé secondaire disposé transversalement par rapport à l'élément de construction, ce dernier constituant le profilé primaire dans la charpente.
